Mona Semaan

 

Mona is a Human Resources and Management consultant who worked in North America and the Middle East as well as managed some assignments in Europe. She has consultancy experience working with chief executives, finance directors, human resources directors and their employees in a variety of private and public companies. In addition, she has held leadership roles as a Branch Manager of a leading international HR consulting firm, a Regional HR Head, and other line HR experience working at a senior level in well managed commercial businesses. Her experience is across a variety of sectors; banking and finance, insurance, telecommunications, media, aviation, non-profits and government sector. She has particular expertise in organization structuring, job evaluation, compensation and benefits structuring, performance management, designing competency based talent management models, identifying talent management tools, succession planning, and organization effectiveness. In addition she has lead a variety of HR change programs, and worked on human capital issues associated with start-ups, restructured organizations, and mergers and acquisitions.
